Delhi Government @gupta_rekha increased the salaries of Vocational teachers but in Assam, the in-hand salary has been decreased this year.
We urge and the Government of Assam to take similar steps for Vocational Teachers in Assam as well.
The 2015 batch of 101 Vocational Teachers are nearly regularised. We strongly urge: @Samagra_Assam
1️⃣ “Equal Pay Equal Work” status for all Vocational Teachers, at par with the 101 teachers.
2️⃣ Immediate salary hike for all Vocational Teachers.
We teach students from Classes 9 to 12, take daily 4 classes, conduct practicals, field visits, assessments and skill-based training and yet receive only around ₹16,000 in hand.
How can vocational teachers survive with such low pay despite carrying responsibilities equal to regular teaching staff ? We urge HCM @himantabiswa@CMOfficeAssam to kindly intervene.
Hon'ble Prime Minister @narendramodi ji,
Vocational teachers working in government schools of Assam are being denied maternity leave benefits.
Female teachers are being forced to resign in such situations.
These practices go against the spirit of Nari Shakti.
Samagra Shiksha Assam @Samagra_Assam has not taken adequate corrective steps to support and empower women teachers.
Kindly intervene.

NO TEXTBOOKS FOR NSQF ELECTIVE SUBJECTS IN ASSAM GOVT SCHOOLS: @himantabiswa@ranojpeguassam@Samagra_Assam
Even after the academic session has begun and half of April is over, students are still deprived of textbooks for NSQF elective subjects. This unacceptable delay caused by private agencies handling printing & distribution ; is directly impacting learning in our schools.
How can skill-based education progress without basic resources?
We strongly urge Hon’ble CM Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma Sir and HEM Dr. Ranoj Pegu Sir to immediately intervene.

AN APPEAL TO ALL VOCATIONAL TEACHERS OF ASSAM
Students shouldn’t suffer because of administrative delays and third party TMP's directions.
Despite uncertainty, Vocational Teachers across Assam will continue to stand in classrooms. For us, students come first, always.
We teach. We show up.
For kind information:
1. Hon'ble Chief Minister of Assam @himantabiswa@CMOfficeAssam
2. Hon'ble Education Minister of Assam @ranojpeguassam
3. Dr. Om Prakash, MD, Samagra Shiksha Assam @Samagra_Assam
4. Shri Sanjay Kumar, Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy, Govt. of India @sanjayjavin
CBSE has made Vocational Education as mandatory subject for classes 9 and 10. @cbseindia29
Ensure one point - third parties should not be involved.
Here in Assam's Govt/provincialised schools, third parties are being involved in vocational teacher recruitment system which is only destroying the core principle of vocational education. Vocational teachers need consistency in job to build a skilled India.

Article by Hon'ble Education Minister @dpradhanbjp Ji.
Sir, your article beautifully spoke of shared responsibility and the first day of school as a sacred national moment. But in Assam today, NSQF Vocational Teachers are facing heartbreaking betrayal. Our services officially ended on 31 March. From 1 April, third parties barred us from entering schools. No contract renewal, no salary, yet we are still attending classes daily out of sheer duty. The mental agony and humiliation these teachers are suffering is unimaginable. Third party interference is the root cause of this cruel mismanagement. Remove the third parties now and save vocational education in Assam before it collapses completely. We urgently need your intervention, Sir.

Vocational Teachers in Assam’s Govt & Provincialised schools are NOT machines !
Every single day we are forced to mark attendance in 5 different ways:
1. School register (signature)
2. Third-party sponsored app
3. Siksha Setu app @Samagra_Assam
4. WhatsApp video call by third parties
5. Geotag selfie after reaching school
We are humans. We respect every government direction and will continue to follow it. But when will these unnecessary THIRD PARTIES be removed ?

URGENT: Mismanagement exposed in Vocational Education under Samagra Shiksha Assam @Samagra_Assam . See both the images attached.
Third parties have the audacity to order our teachers NOT to attend school, while the Inspector of Schools demands attendance! HOW DARE third parties issue such instructions? HOW can teachers be forced to attend school WITHOUT SALARY? Hon'ble CM @himantabiswa Sir & Education Minister @ranojpeguassam Sir, this is blatant injustice! Take immediate action NOW!
REMOVE THIRD PARTY TMP SYSTEM, SAVE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION.

Connect the dots:
To build a Skilled India, we need skilled youth.
To create skilled youth, vocational education must start from school level.
To deliver quality vocational education, we need dedicated vocational teachers.
If vocational education is truly a national priority, why is the government still depending on third-party agencies for recruiting vocational teachers?
Direct recruitment by the government is the only way forward.

BIG SCAM EXPOSED in Assam’s Vocational Education! URGENT ATTENTION NEEDED.
@PMOIndia@EduMinOfIndia@dpradhanbjp@sanjayjavin@himantabiswa@ranojpeguassam@Samagra_Assam
Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi ji strongly advocates Skill/Vocational Education. But third parties (TMP i.e Training and Management Partner) are looting crores !
As per RTI:
Samagra Shiksha Assam releases ₹1900 per Guest Lecture.
Vocational Teachers get only ₹900.
Third parties pocket ₹1000 per session! Math that shocks:
1 school → Classes 9-12 (10 GL per class)
= 40 GL per subject
= 40 × ₹1000 = ₹40,000 siphoned per teacher!
3500 Vocational Teachers in Assam (let all school has HS level)
= ₹40,000 × 3500 = ₹14 CRORE looted from ONE year alone! (rough estimate)
This scam has been running for YEARS. Where is the money meant for our students’ future ?
Time for CBI probe & accountability !
