@prinseparadox For weird rectory decisions, shout out to the one rural Australian town my grandfather was in in the 80s that has a petrol pump in the rectory yard for the priest to top up his car from that the parish keeps supplied so they can just buy the petrol and not have to reimburse it.

listening to christian pop for the first time in years bc we got a lift to church from a lovely couple who recommended this band and like. i remember why i don't listen to christian pop now

@Raghnaid_Anna it's just so generic! it's just looking at secular pop and thinking "how do I replicate this but make it about Jesus in a very very easily understandable way". regular pop tries to be new in some ways while Christian pop just seeks to imitate ig. and the lyrics feel samey too
