@menorman @_the_rascal @acbowen Don’t lose sight of the M … “my” is for MY - people have an ownership stake in this stuff. Some people are literally living in their retirement fund and this is highly personal to them. Owning vs renting does change one’s perspective a tad.

@acbowen @sandiegowavefc Excellent!! Our transit system has a ton of potential but more folks need to use it. This kind of experience doesn’t encourage it - more and longer trains for big events, more reasonable fares, later hours, if we can show that it’s viable people will use it.

It wasn’t intended to have bathrooms (past) the neighborhood doesn’t want them (present- 72 - 84% depending on which survey you look at) and there are better ways to utilize $2.5-5M + $100ks per year for supportive housing, services, etc (future)

@mckelmer @ichatcomputers @LisaHalverstadt Yup. It was the trolley terminal and repair site, then a corrugated packaging plant, and then purchased by developers for a massive (at that time) condo complex. The community fought to make it a park (see history on page 6 https://t.co/OgYRgJYt9g)

@gzornick @chrislhayes We were in same boat - $1k to add 220v 40a outlet, decided was worth it. Lots of wall repair work and repainting to do. 6 mos later - extremely happy including the chef :)

@CenlarFSB @SoFi kind of amazing that one of the largest mortgage servicers' website (at least the part that services SoFi loans) is down all day on the last calendar day of the year. Worse yet, calling gets you a "we are unable to access loan information at this time..." click.

@wegmans moved to CA, miss Wegman's, especially basting oil. On a trip out east and planned to stock up, but it's OUT all over PA!!! Is this temporary? Please please post the recipe so we can make it if yoi aren't selling it :)

@AskLyft @AskLyft heading to the airport and pre-scheduled pickup changes from 2 mins away to 23… had to find another way, on a schedule! $5 cancel fee and no way to dispute or chat or anything??? Not happy.
