The only test that is not cost prohibitive for oil shows if it’s mct or vegetable oil. Says nothing about the quality and still would filter it myself.

@streetsweeper_0 Recomp works if your a fatty. I guarantee you still have at least 20lbs to lose. Maintain for a month, get that 20lbs off, don’t mess up the bulk and you will exceed all expectations. Inject Testosterone
