I started peptides (Reta) because of my fatty liver.
Fatty liver is estimated to impact roughly 25-45% of adults.
Less than 2% of adults with fatty liver actually know they have it.
My liver on my last ultrasound was 2-4cm larger than the average liver.
I’m down 30lbs on low dose Reta (at 1.5 mg now) after almost seven weeks.
If you eat right on Reta, the fat burns right off. You also don’t need much of it.
Next month I’ll be getting more bloodwork and another ultrasound.
BPC-157 + Retatrutide is one of the smartest stacks right now.
BPC helps protect the gut lining that GLP-1s can irritate.
I run 1mg 5x a week subQ while on Retatrutide.
Gut health is non-negotiable when suppressing appetite this hard.
Some people like myself are sensitive to fruit sugar. Even blueberries give me cravings to eat more. Blueberries are low in sugar as well.
Even carbs with under five grams of sugar (no additional) give me cravings.
I wouldn’t say fruit is bad, but could trigger binge eating. Same with any complex carb with a few grams of sugar with no additional.
Each situation is unique. It’s what I’ve noticed for myself.
@TheCryptoDaddi@Fidgetz93 Yea I’ve got like 30 other things that I need to dive into in my fridge before I get some Tesa 😂.
As Tony Soprano said “As soon as I try to get out, they pull me back in.”
I made a vow, that I’ve “got enough” and always buy more like the next day.
@Castor_Troy23 Should help some.
BPC made me a little fatigue first couple weeks. It went away, but I noticed it. I take it in the evening.
I just started TB-500 and have been in a loading phase on that.
