@Naplaymaker Hello Mr Godwin. I tried to reach out to you via DM. Is it possible to interview Mr Joshua Daniel? I work with Tribuna, a popular football platform in Eastern Europe. Please hope to hear from you. Thanks
@abazwhyllzz False. He should be between 33 and 34. I know him and his family. We all grew up in the same neighbourhood in Suleja (Morocco road), Niger State. His real name is Hamza. He had issues with hearing and speaking from childhood
Someone needs to ask Amorim and he may not answer this.
I believe if Mainoo showed higher intensity in recovery while defending counters then Amorim would trust him to play in the pivot more. I know his passing needs work, but he is great in small spaces. But, his intensity while defending needs tones of work. This is arguably the biggest reason Amorim doesnβt trust Amorim in pivot.
I see many arguing Mainoo should start for us. But people donβt even attempt to answer why Amorim doesnβt trust him enough. What is Amorimβs thinking process?
I love Mainoo and think he is one of the best young talents in the world. But, his game needs more development to fit in this system. But, he is only 20. Paul Scholes became a regular starter at 22. Still time for Mainoo to develop his game.
That said, I think Mainoo should have been subbed on ahead of Ugarte against Arsenal. Amorim was a bit conservative. He should have gone for it. Easy to say in hindsight though.
Alejandro Garnacho didn't make the Argentina squad? This is what is going to happen when these players happily sit on the sidelines & wait for their transfers.
This is where Manchester United's leverage comes from. Tell Alejandro Garnacho's agent to get the price from Chelsea that the club needs to sell him or he stays.
Otherwise get used to watching both his club & country on the TV. This is the consequence of his behaviour & attitude, & surrounding himself with the wrong people.
Karma.
Bruno Fernandes has the best PR of any player, in the history of football.
The sheer ridiculousness in the way he loses the ball, every game, will haunt Amorim.
π¨ BREAKING: Yoane Wissa has unfollowed Brentford, changed his profile picture to black and removed all club photos from his Instagram account as he looks to leave the club.
Wissa's move to Newcastle is currently being blocked by Brentford, as exclusively revealed earlier with @alex_crook.
The 28-year-old is unhappy Brentford won't now engage over a sale unless a Β£60m+ valuation is met despite informing Wissa a few weeks ago they would entertain a sale.
Wissa was also told a year ago he could leave for Β£26m (β¬30m) after committing to last season following Ivan Toney's departure to Al-Ahli.
Brentford insist Dango Ouattara is a Bryan Mbeumo replacement and for a Wissa exit to happen, another forward must be added as well as their high valuation met.π
