@atinoedgar so now you go to your menu; and say apply for duplicate. Then it will tell you that your DL has expired and ask you to renew. You say YES. Reason for duplicate you say modify and upload your expired license.

@ntsa_kenya no response from you! How do I renew my smart DL? There's is no option of renew in the menu.

@ntsa_kenya It only has two options. My DL (which gives my DL details) and Apply for smart DL (which says you already have a smart DL) No option for renewal

@StanChartKE been on hold with the contact centre for over 10 mins. This is not a toll free number. It shouldn't cost me this much money to reach my bank!!!!!
