How else should it be improved sir? What other alternative method do you suggest for washing hands in areas where there is no running water and drainages?

u decide to wash ur hands 4 less than 20sec its got nothing 2 do with the unit. What we are responding to is waste water in the container which is soapy water, the soap in the water will still kill the virus.
