@umamusume_eng Peacock Theater (7.1k) feels way too small for the Uma LA concert. Santa Anita Park (26k+ seats) could’ve made more sense both thematically and logistically.
Market research could mitigate concerns over potential demand and concerts at the racetrack are not without precedent.
We can't have another #NoKings day. It's not specific enough. The next protest needs to be well defined. For instance call upon Americans in the DC area to surround the Capital, hold speeches, put up camps, take shifts, but never go home. Disrupt Congress' lives like they do ours
@pepel_klaasa Yes, and what comes next needs to be specific, impactful, and hard to ignore. Something like, when Congress takes the day off, so does America.
@allenanalysis I'm happy that people went out to protest but what did it accomplish? Did the illegal war stop? Did our family members turn around from the middle east? Did the files come out? Did Congress cave and impeach Trump? Did ICE stop? What tangible results have come from these actions?
Did you know this? The US military has a DOD policy allowing troops to leave if they morally oppose a war. It's called a Conscientious Objector discharge. The government doesn't want soldiers to know this, but you have the right to refuse to fight for Israel!
@IRMilitaryMedia Also a message to All American Soldiers:
Abort! Turn around, go home, tell a friend. Do not throw your life away. Americans are behind you and rooting for your safety. This isn't your war. We need you here.
@BamaSaltyMarine 330 million people, yet only a few are informed enough to see that Congress is almost entirely corrupt and most voters blindly follow party lines. We need a complete reset devoid of self and special interest.
We don't even control our own country. No one wants to be in this war, but we're forced into it by another country that's tiny, but seems to have all of our leaders under their command. It's intolerable. I can't stand the lack of freedom and autonomy. I want our country back.
To help your campaign @raeforla, LA needs more free parking with validation, and for the love of Pete, we need more restrooms. Even if you put them in every Metro station that would fix so much. Clean up the trash, clean up the graffiti.
@Trevor_Allan_1 I wish this were true. Red fights Blue, Blue fights Red and Blue, Green doesn't get a true say, but it's rigged that way and Congress knows.
@joni_askola Billionaires don’t exist because of brilliance, they exist because of extraction. At that level, it’s not money, it’s power. And they will never stop taking. Stop worshipping them. Start defunding them. If one suggest something, run the other way.
People need to understand what this is ultimately about. It's not just money grabbing for licensing fees. That's just the dressing. It's all about control. They want older, 'off-the-grid', analog cars forced off the road as much as possible because they don't have data uplink/telemetry transmission capability. They can't be tracked all the time, can't be data mined. This exists now to a major degree simply by way of the cell phones in everyone's hands. But you can still turn that off and move freely in an older vehicle. They are fixing that shit now.
Big Tech, Big Government, and regulatory agencies want the ability to control and monetize every single thing about our lives and phones are not enough- vehicular travel presents the next largest potential data and surveillance market after digital communications as well as acting as an ultimate movement control system.
Kill switch mandate has been passed, and within a couple years every single new vehicle will be actively transmitting locations, velocities, all driving habits with timestamps. LE will have the ability to render your vehicle inoperable. Late on a payment or behind a couple payments on a car? The bank will be able to simply signal your car to sit dead in your garage. No repo men needed.
Insurance companies will have access to this in real-time. The great a.i. will control all of it. Speed a couple times on the way to work during the week? You're auto-flagged to have your premiums go up or you can be arbitrarily dropped altogether whether or not you were caught by LE and got a citation that goes on your MVR, which is what they use now, yearly or semi-annually to view your record and determine rates by risk factor.
Of course, this will all be packaged and sold under the guise of "for your safety and convenience." Just like every scam and law they come up with that erodes freedoms and privacy. Laws and policy will also be put in place to prohibit attempted circumvention of any data/tracking/uplink features in vehicles. You will be fined, potentially jailed, and or car companies will void warranties or render vehicles inoperable if you try to disconnect the spybox or use 3rd party flashing to try and reprogram it.
Calling representatives or voting will not stop this, unfortunately. It is the will of the great dystopian mechanism that's destroying freedom and autonomy in the West. Guaranteed that within a decade- two at the most- this will be active in every state in the nation.
Everyone better just brace for it. You will own nothing and be happy. You will be spied on and ignore it. You will be monetized like a product and not worry. Just shut up, pay your ever increasing taxes, and focus on the distractions they keep throwing out while your country is turned into a totalitarian dystopia through backroom deals.
@LoopyRGarou Our protests feel performative. We show up, take pics, hear politicians say what Trump “can’t” do, while he does it, grab a latte, then go home. They matter, but we need more. Read the files. Call out Congress. Expose foreign influence. Don’t stop.
@emkenobi The corruption doesn’t end with Trump, it starts there but is deeply embedded in our politics. We have to start with Trump, work our way through Congress, the DOJ, and root it out down to the local level. We need to end the billionaire and foreign money eroding our democracy.
