@Zoomcar_India my booking JPSNO8S4K was from 5 to 8 April, which got one no parking challan. After my trip, Owner called me on my phone and asked to pay 1500 directly to him for the challan. I paid to him on gpay, later I saw on app that my amount is due there as well.

I had raised help ticket on zoomcar app, but to receive a reply that they can't do anything, despite I have all the proofs.
Now Owner is also not picking up my phone.
My request is to clear the challan due from the app booking as I have already paid for that.

@swiggy you better need a calculator.. Or show us why are you charging extra 20 rs.
If this is the deliver tip you need to give us option to give it voluntarily instead of forcing us. And yes your chat support team is as usual useless for such matters
