@MyNykaa the amount of money i have spent on your app was not because I wanted such a low level service. You call this your "Platinum Desk"? More like a "Fraudulent Desk"!
Agents keep changing but I do not get an update on the order that was never delivered but I paid for it.
@MyNykaa everytime I explain the same thing and then they take forever to respond, an when ive left the chat, they send msgs "we will get back to you", "we are working relentlessly", "kindly confirm if you want a refund or replacement" later when I respond, its a NEW chat again.
@MyNykaa - i am amazed to see the level of pathetic customer service you provide for your platinum privy customers. Order marked delivered without any real delivery - and then your support team has been stalling me for over a month without a resolution, replacement or a refund!

A company that has $1 billion cash, which is about 1.5 times its annual revenue, and is actually still growing at a decent 20% rate and making a cash profit, laying off 12-13% of its workforce should not expect any loyalty from its employees ever. And to add insult to injury, when it can afford $400 million in a stock buy back.
I can understand the unfortunate reality of layoffs when a business is struggling or declining and making a loss. This is not that situation, this is naked greed, nothing less.
Here is a critical question to its leadership: don't you have the vision and imagination to invest $400 million in another line of business where you can deploy those people you hired but you don't want anymore? Are there no such opportunities in tech? Are you so lacking in curiosity, vision and imagination? Are you so lacking in empathy?
This behavior, sadly, has become all too common in the US corporate world and we are importing it in India. It has only resulted in large scale employee cynicism in the US and we are importing that too.
This is why choose to remain private. We put our customers and employees first. Shareholders should come last.
Dear @Olacabs please improve the quality of your "Prime" sedans. The conditions of the last 8 prime cabs I booked didn't look anything even close to prime. Infact the cabs are so dirty. Atleast have some hygiene and mantainence protocols?
@YatraOfficial when the airline has refunded the entire amount upon cancellation done by them, who are you to prorate that amount in the name of convenience fees? Your agents are mannerless too and seems like this is the training they've gotten from Yatra management themselves.
