@INCIndia @CMofKarnataka for availing free travel on the bus do we need a physical aadhaar card ? Some news articles online suggest any government id is good. I was denied travel yesterday, put down from the bus since I established my digital aadhaar. #curious

Samsung buds plus 13June bought, stopped working by December.
In a situation of covid, the service center only will take a report if I go and show the device..really ?

@amazonIN having to write to you after multiple requests to the customer care and no communication yet. I was told I will receive a refund/resolution by 23 March

Based on current process if they ask us to visit the store, doesn't work. Please incorporate processes to help users in new situation. Even before pandemic, I have suffered very bad support. Not current issue. If a product is spoilt, replacement should be easy seemless

@SamsungIndia I have sent an email. Reached to support centre. Called service centre. They expect me to risk covid for a replacement. Please put process in place..in current situation people will not risk covid for device even if it means losing money. I will DM my email. Highly dissatisfied
