Customer care is clueless! On top of that, there is no option for me to cancel the order as I will be away for my vacation when the product reaches, if at all! These are high value items, so better handling is expected! Likes of Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Collective are miles ahead!

@flipkartsupport I had shared details via DM, but still no resolution or even calls/emails as promised. Instead getting continuous automated responses that I was not reachable by the partner! This has been going on for a while and I don’t think the partner assigned is going to pick up!
