Hello @cars24india . I’ve recently sold my car through you. I chose you to avoid the hassle of RC/doc transfer. In spite of a final party peshi date, the buyer is repeatedly delaying the RC transfer. Called Your party peshi helpline, and emailed without help. Solve this please.

@Cars24Support @Cars24Support not done. Your team is only sending templated message without any resolution/timeline for 8 months with false assurance of solution. I’ll wait till next week and then explore legal action if I don’t get a resolution. You are exposing me to unnecessary legal risk.

@BlueDartCares Absolute pathetic service, and delivery experience. Ordered Amazon gift card for a friend’s kids birthday which was supposed to be delivered through BD. The delivery guy called once and skipped my flat within minutes. Later said he has left and cannot deliver.

@IKEAIndia Ordered a Linnmon/Alex desk+extra leg on 13th Aug which was supposed to be delivered on 25th. No updates, no communication. Your customer service says product out of stock. Can I get a guaranteed delivery date? Why take orders you can't fulfill?

@IKEAIndia Delivery date was Aug 25th. No sign of the product. Customer care blatantly lied multiple times abt the date. CC Supervisor (Salauddin) assured me for a confirmation by 4pm today which did not happen. What's next?
