I don’t think we were created to eat everyday or 3 square meals tho. Our body feels better when we’ve not eaten than when we eat. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t eat tho but not everyday or every hour. Try it and see, your brain will be more alert, your energy level will be high and you pay more attention to anything you’re doing but when you eat,especially heavy food you’ll feel sluggish or sleepy or drained.
