Really terrible services encountered.
Till when I will get my baggage,none of the airlines @airvistara @Lufthansa_India giving me answer .hope this could brings somebody's attention and help me to get my baggage.

I was traveling with Lufthansa on 1st April from GVA -BBI. and encountered the worst travel experience.first they loaded one of my baggage in other flight and now the bag is stuck in Mumbai airport for 2 days and waiting for custom clearance..

I have tried to contact @lufthansa_india Mumbai to give them the file case no.. but no luck.. I have tried 02266859898 since yesterday but nobody is picking up .is this kind of service we expect from one of the reputed airline!!I have many imp documents there in that bag..

I have single pnr& ticket from GVA to BBI. even for confirmation I have asked for the baggage multiple times in Mumbai airport.they informed me to get the bag in BBI.and now it is stuck in Mumbai and aksing me to contact vistara bhubaneswar, Lufthansa Mumbai and messing me around

Had this worst travel experience with Lufthansa.I have travelled back to Bhubaneswar from Geneva.
They sent one bag in one flight and reload another in other.
