25 days in, still no luck reaching customer service for help with this technical glitch. Was promised a fix in 48 hours again, but no dice. Spent an hour on hold, finally got through to CS, only to be put on hold again, then disconnected within 10 mins. #Frustrated

@vfsglobalcare I have emailed to the address and the response says resolved the case but there has been NO resolution. I also called the number but it abruptly disconnects after an hour long wait. It’s been a mess and I need help. #helpless #frustrated #exhausted
