@sabb1110@sony_india Same issue, its been a month dealing with @sony_india CC and service centre for refund. Made a huge mistake investing in PS5. Product seems to be unstable.
@aripalam@sony_india I am facing similar issue with @sony_india@PlayStationIN. Found disk issue during initial setup and have been waiting for @sony_india to resolve this issue. Its about 25 days for my case. They should be refunding us the amount. Pathetic service.

Today I got an update from service centre that my replacement has arrived but its April 22 manufactured ps5 console. That’s like year old model. Such support is not expected from leading brand like @sony_india@PlayStationIN@PlayStation. People should be careful buying products

@HathwayBrdband@HathwayBrdband Today Hathway agent left the Router with Guard, and no one came to install it thereafter. I was able to complete the setup with some google help and with hathway custm. care Support, But now my connection is not yet ACTIVE. Could you please do the needful ASAP.
@HathwayBrdband I got a new broadband connection today morning and your service agent committed 5:30PM for installation, I called him at 5:30PM and he kept postponing it till 7:00PM and then he stopped taking my calls then at 9PM i got a text message that it will be done tomorrow
I wasted my entire evening waiting for an update. If such is your service then I understand I will face similar issue in future. Therefore, I want you to initiate my refund right away as I can't bear such service.
