Watching field reporters being heckled and assaulted was heartbreaking, just as it was painful to see students and protesters being beaten.

Please don't target field reporters. They're doing their jobs. Hold powerful anchors and media houses accountable if you disagree.

If you disagree with the coverage of certain media houses or television anchors, direct your criticism toward those who shape the narratives—not the reporters risking their safety on the ground. Boycott the journalists or anchors whose work you disagree with if you choose.
