The primary challenge is storage cost.
A typical shielded note ranges from approximately 300 bytes to 2 KB.

If a user performs thousands of private transactions, CloudVault will need to store thousands of encrypted notes.

To keep the system efficient, several optimization techniques may be required including: data compression, incremental storage and logical deletion of spended notes.
