My Visit to the Nigerian Air Force Facility

Further to my message yesterday, I visited the Nigerian Air Force facility in Abuja today to formally sign the condolence register following the unfortunate aircraft crash.

The visit gave me another opportunity to reflect on the sacrifices made daily by the men and women of our Armed Forces and other security agencies in the line of duty. These courageous Nigerians put their lives on the line to defend our nation and protect our people. We must never take their service and sacrifice for granted.

I extend my deepest condolences to the Nigerian Air Force and to the families, colleagues, and loved ones of those who lost their lives.

May God grant eternal rest to the departed and give their families the strength and fortitude to bear this painful loss.

May God continue to protect all those who serve our country. -PO

Our committee report on the murder of Mr Unity Ekpevbughe Adeda, a level 16 Deputy Director in Delta State

1. The deceased was hale and hearty on 24th September 2026 when he went to the ministry, even though he has been battling with alleged kidney issues that he’s treating.

2. Unity Adeda went to the ministry where had gone to accuse the senior director of attempt to poison him sometime ago and he has come to take his pound of flesh.

3. The issue generated uproar that led to the commissioner Mr Kingsley Ashibogwu coming out. Adeda who was still visibly angry began to talk down on the commissioner which annoyed him and a particular director called Mrs Clementina Ojuma.

4. Adeda out of anger said he was going to beat Lucky, one of the civil servants who ran away as he pursued him. Ojuma who was hearing the shout came down towards Adeda shouting and raining thunder. Both of them began to insult themselves.

5. Adeda entered his car and attempted to drive away but Ojuma blocked the gate with her car. Adeda used his car to hit Ojuma vehicle multiple times and despite plea by people for him to remove her car so Adeda can drive away, she refused.

5. The commissioner who was there watching everything did nothing. Instead, he ordered his boys to tie him up and beat him like a goat, then called Policemen to come pick him up. The police came and refused, saying it’s not a police matter but should be taken to the hospital. He was taken there but died.

Committee Recommendations

1. The Commissioner who ordered the beating should be immediately removed from office and prosecuted for manslaughter

2. Mrs Clementina Ojumah whose picture appears here and used her car to block the gate which prevented Adeda from leaving, an action that would have saved this whole murder case should be suspended and prosecuted for murder based on accessory to crime. She is already in custody today 29th September 2026.

3. The boys who tied him up should be suspended and charged for murder.

4. The commissioner’s driver, Mr Clement from Ghana who was the first to start raining blows on Adeda and was immediately told to flee back to Ghana by the commissioner should be extradited back to Nigeria. The commissioner should face another charge for telling his driver to run away after committing murder. This is what INTERPOL is meant for and not those who criticize incompetent leadership.

5. The NLC and TUC in the state having been compromised should recuse themselves from any investigation that will be carried out by the police 🫆.

6. The panel set up by the state government should be disbanded and let the police carry out its investigation. The government do not need a panel to sack the commissioner and suspend Mrs Ojumah and all the senior civil servants who beat the director to death.

Thank you Nigerians for paying attention to this matter and allowing us to do our jobs. We will henceforth set up committees in cases across the country where we feel a government intends to kill a matter and follow through.
