Mrs. Smith

This is my space to get my thoughts out of my head. #Momma #Wife #Anxiety. #Depression. Turning my life around.

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

My hubsy is here with us and all is right in the world.

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

I'm drowning and no one cares

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

I cry out for help. Am helped a bit for a while and then it's back to fucking business as usual.

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

Things were supposed to get better. People I trusted were supposed to be there. But NEWP. Everything falls on me once again.

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

@AManLeftHanded that I'm not good enough. I never seem to be good enough.

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

Decided to stay up all night. Simply can't sleep. Traveling should be fun tomorrow.

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

Insomnia is lonely

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

Going home for psych treatment tomorrow. Going to be away from my baby for 2-3 weeks. I'm so anxious I can't sleep.

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

I fly home to go into outpatient psych treatment for a few weeks. I am so fucking excited to get out of here but I'm going to miss my baby

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

I want to be a more active #mormon but I'm scared.

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

It makes going to church terrifying because I'm afraid everyone else is thinking the same thing about me and I'm terribly anxious.

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

All of my fears and insecurities about being less active in the #lds church were confirmed when I learned my MIL questions my faith.

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

I've had 2 almost 3 panic attacks tonight. And the klonopin isn't touching it. Fuck man. #anxiety #panicdisorder #wideawake

[Latter-day Prophet Quotes @LDProphetQuotes]

The Savior knows your grief. Your silent pleadings. Your fears.Your tears. He loves you. And because He loves you, He will find you.-Uchtdorf

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

Little gets his ear tubes put in tomorrow morning. I don't think I'm going to sleep I'm so nervous.

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

My husband told me I wasn't taking good care of my son tonight. So that's how my night is going

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

I swear to god if the ent won't give the little tubes after this bout of sickness I am going to lose my ever loving shit

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

I actually got the little to go to sleep in under 30 minutes. He NEVER lets me put him down, he always wants daddy #victory

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

I literally feel sick to my stomach with anxiety

[Mrs. Smith @privvythoughts]

So sad tonight. All I want to do is cry but the tears won't come. Maybe I've cried myself out.
