@PopTelecom As what I read if own an Xbox and you’re a gamer then my flatmate should have his own broadband or a speedy broadband, right? So I guess the problem is not your broadband connection it’s his Xbox problem. He didn’t said anything about it.

@PopTelecom Hi, our wifi connection has been sluggish and I cannot connect my chromecast to the tele. I tried rebooting it for numerous times and it is still the same. I tried to reboot my chromecast and TV and no luck. :( it is frustrating..... 😫😓🤔

@virginmedia It's okay now thank you. I access to the internet when I moved to my room. It's little glitch though. I am using the new hub that it is advertise in your website. The internet speed is a little bit slow, but it's still okay 💯🙂 Thank you again x
