1/10 Hi Union Bank, buckle up. Today, I tried to get a simple SWIFT code for my branch in Assam. Sounds easy, right? Wrong. This quest turned into a marathon of calls for 3 hours. Hereโs how it went down:

Final note for those who donโt know: Assam is a state in the northeast part of India. It is known for its wildlife, archeological sites, Brahmaputra River, tea plantations and many more. Please google it...itโs a whole vibe. Maybe @UnionBankTweets should read up.

That your own agents don't know about Northeast India or about your head office or that you don't have a SWIFT Code for Assam branches. What should I write? Please explain??
