@cmohry @dtcphry Is NCLT a safe haven for builders?We, thousands of homebuyers of Ansal API Township, urge the Hon’ble CM to act like UP Govt, as Ansal has the largest presence in Gurgaon. They have transferred fortunes into benami properties & tax haven entities, while authorities ignored our complaints. Now, under NCLT’s moratorium, they’ve escaped accountability. We demand a CBI probe, will provide all proofs. Attach benami assets & complete our colony’s infrastructure!
