I had a clear ask. Close-toed brown formal shoes size 41. It’s frustrating & upsetting that no brand (except westside) had options in that size. If that wasn’t enough, @ZARA salesman had the audacity to tell me Indian women don’t have such big feet so they don’t keep that size.

I know enough size 41 women who struggle with shoe shopping for the same reason. Why aren’t brands recognising the category? It’s really not a small category.
