DAY 3 – Samsung Refrigerator Complaint Update
The problem remains unresolved. Water leakage & abnormal ice formation continue despite repeated service visits. My complaint against Samsung is now formally registered before the Consumer Commission, Ranchi: DC/339/CC/97/2026.
Dated leakage videos from 18 & 20 Aug are attached.
A brief update on what has happened since my earlier posts:
After my first post, Samsung contacted me via DM asking for my details. I provided the requested details, but I did not receive any further resolution or meaningful response thereafter.
Meanwhile, my NCH Grievance No. 9866093 was closed without resolution, while the refrigerator issue continued.
On my second post dated 12 August, @SamsungIndia publicly replied asking me to share my contact details via DM and stated that they would look into the matter. I unfortunately missed that reply at the time.
I noticed it today, 20 August, publicly acknowledged Samsung's reply and have now sent the requested details to them by DM.
Despite repeated service visits and communications, the refrigerator continues to experience recurring water leakage and abnormal ice formation.
I am also still awaiting a clear written technical explanation regarding the PCB failure that occurred during Samsung's inspection, when the refrigerator had been functioning normally before being handed over to Samsung's engineer.
The matter is now formally before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ranchi.
I remain open to a fair resolution and hope @SamsungIndia will now provide a clear written technical explanation and a permanent solution.
Sharing the latest evidence and case status for the record.

@SamsungIndia I just noticed your reply of 12 August.
Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. The refrigerator continues to suffer from recurring water leakage and abnormal ice formation, with fresh leakage recorded on video on 19 & 20 August.
Despite repeated service visits and emails, I am still awaiting a clear written technical explanation regarding the recurring issues, including the PCB failure during Samsung's inspection, and a permanent resolution.
The matter has now been formally registered before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ranchi:

DAY 2 – Samsung Refrigerator Complaint
Samsung wrote yesterday:
“At Present, no issue related to water leakage has been identified in the unit.”
Today, 12 Aug, the refrigerator leaked again. I recorded it on video/photos and sent the evidence to Samsung.
@SamsungIndia@Samsung
I am now proceeding with a formal consumer complaint through the appropriate legal forum.
I will share the filing/status in my next update once the formal filing process is completed.
I remain open to a fair resolution.

After multiple service visits, technical inspections and even a PCB replacement, the original leakage issue remains unresolved.
I have repeatedly requested the root cause, complete technical findings and a permanent resolution in writing.
My request to @SamsungIndia is simple: provide the technical reports, explain the PCB damage/replacement and root cause of the leakage, and give me Samsung's final decision and permanent resolution in writing. I remain willing to resolve this matter amicably.
DAY 1: Samsung fridge issue
My Samsung Side-by-Side Refrigerator has been leaking water since 9 June 2026
Despite multiple service visits & escalations, it continues. I am still waiting for Samsung's technical findings in writing
