Art has the power to move and unite people and therefore Artists face significant threats from people trying to silence them. These threats include censorship, verbal/physical abuse and even arrest. These threats are the most common violation of Artistic freedom.

Agreed! The amount should be spent on educating the Creative Community about their rights and protecting their creations and IP. As a Mayor who is from a creative background, the rights of Artists must be given priority!
