🚨 BIG BREAKING NEWS! Assam Minor Girl Rescued in Tamil Nadu After 15 Days

A minor girl allegedly abducted from Mahimari village in Goroimari, South Kamrup, has been rescued from Tamil Nadu after nearly 15 days.

Police identified the accused as Abdul Mannan, a resident of Chautara, who allegedly lured the girl with a promise of marriage before taking her away.

Following a complaint from the girl’s family, Goroimari Police launched an investigation and formed a team led by ASI Pabitra Kalita under the supervision of OC Abdul Momin.

The police team travelled to Tamil Nadu and traced the girl to Hosur in Tamil Nadu’s Krishnagiri district. She was subsequently rescued, while the accused was arrested.

Further legal proceedings are underway as the investigation continues.

Mumbai ATS has arrested Mohammad Hasan Abu Sarmad Akhtar over his alleged links to Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM).

He worked as a Rapido bike-taxi driver and also sold perfumes in Mumbai.

An examination of his mobile phone revealed inflammatory posts and audio clips featuring terrorist Masood Azhar.

His social media activity, including posts on Instagram and the sharing of audio clips in a Telegram group, has come under scrutiny.
