Duolingo is an amazing App and I’m enjoying studying German each evening. Learning is almost immersive. Rarely, when there might be a potential issue its sometimes tricky to work out the solution.
And the problem here? My phone had run out of memory!
@DrAaronMcG@NEndoscopy Great to be part of this course John, Bidour and Manu. I hope the teaching was helpful. Its always great to come back to Newcastle, the nursing team were excellent and welcoming as ever; thank you too to industry who played their part in teaching on different stations.
Disease X
Aired on BBC2 @DoctorChrisVT describes the detective trail to find Disease X, a potential airborne virus that will be the next pandemic. Inspiring, scary, uplifting, unsettling yet ultimately reassuring that agencies worldwide are on it. Food for thought for us all…
@smkahlon congratulations on putting together the 1st hands on session Manchester Advanced Endoscopy Symposium #maes2025

Merry Christmas to all those working in the NHS
Many staff in the NHS are grossly underpaid (even on Christmas day👇) but none more so than Resident Doctors who frequently graduate with >£100k debt
RT to support them & ask government to pay them ALL fairly #PayRestoration
@KirstyWark thank you so much for all the work you have done over the years.
Retiring? What on Earth is that about?
Outstanding journalism, outstanding role model for female journalism, outstanding presenter under pressure, outstanding professional bar none!
Thank You!
Thoughts and prayers for the family of @DrMichaelMosley. A tragic event for a clinician and broadcaster who radiated positivity like a beacon, connecting to people so clearly and effectively over health in #just_one_thing
He will be greatly missed.
Okay, let’s get this out of the way.
My focus wasn’t great; but here’s the thing: you are looking at an amazingly innovative team in HPB tuition #HPB_Masterclass
