See today CBI filed first diluted Chargesheet - avoiding Anil Ambani as Accused. Only his five top executives or ex-staffers are made as Accused for siphoning Rs. 4,097 crore from Banks ... What kind of nonsense is this ???

Naturally, Anil Ambani will be the Accused No : 1 in all the 7 FIRs and Chargesheets as all the Bank loan frauds done by him or for him by the staffers.

CBI may make him only as Witness in the case and he will depose that he was not aware of anything and these staffers did all ... Then case collapses ... Don't thing Judge will Order to add him as Accused.

Same CBI did in 2G Scam. Anil Ambani's 3 staffers are made as Accused and later Anil Ambani was made as witness. He came to court and pretend ignorance and told all kind of lies and to crucial questions of Prosecutor. He and his wife Tina Ambani lied saying we just signed in documents prepared by the staffers.

CBI told Court that what this man said are all lies and only truth he said is that his father's name is Dhirubhai Ambani and then Special Prosecutor UU Lalit (who later became Chief Justice of India) declared Anil Ambani and wife Tina Ambani as Hostile Witnesses.

Hearing this declaration, Anil Ambani's lawyers Harish Salve and Mukul Rohatgi shouted in trial court that this was not permissible under IPC and CrPC. Lalit said don't teach me law and using my prerogative as Special Public Prosecutor - i am declaring Mr and Mrs Anil Ambani as Hostile Witnesses. 😎
