@ThreeUK …You wouldn’t expect this from a network claiming to be about the people!…I paid you for a service, you failed to provide that service multiple times. Cost me money and potentially my work and now are trying to charge me for wanting to go elsewhere!!! So unfair!!!
@ThreeUKSupport You didn’t exhaust anything and I can’t call the ombudsman’s. I just want to protect my business and put my trust in another network but you will not let me go and guess what even now my network is down and you’ve closed the complaint and I cannot call nor text without ext WiFi.
