I like Zirkzee — but I definitely think we should hold on to the ’two year rule’ and sell him. If you haven’t proven yourself in two years, you will be sold.
We will (hopefully) play a lot of games next season and it’s possible that Zirkzee’s value will go up. But the big upside is that a rule like this applied consistently will prevent players from getting complacent and feeling entitled to be allowed to stay just because they have a contract.
Same thing applies to Ugarte.
🚨🇩🇪 Hansi Flick: “Ter Stegen can receive the medical green light tomorrow. I’m happy to have him back”.
“Joan Garcia will continue being the starting goalkeeper”.
🚨 Mo Salah: “Can I give an example? It’s silly but I am sorry. I remember a while go, Harry Kane was not scoring for ten games”.
“The media were like: Oh, Harry will score for sure. When it comes to Mo, everyone is like: He needs to be on the bench. I am sorry Harry!”.
🚨🔴 Rasmus #Højlund has been and continues to be offered to FC Bayern on loan. The option is on the table, but Bayern have not bitten yet and are exploring other possibilities.
Napoli are concretely working on a loan deal for Højlund.
The player’s camp expect that a decision will take a few more days. #MUFC

⚪️🏆 Kylian Mbappé: “I’m in the best club in the world to win the Champions League”.
“I want to win the UCL! PSG? I wish them all the best but the Champions League… I want it, I wanna win it at Real Madrid”.
