More intensity does not automatically mean better PE. ⚡
Duration, recovery, repetitions and task complexity should match the students and the learning objective. The goal is not maximum effort — it is the right challenge.

Assessment should do more than give students a score. 🎯
Clear criteria and simple progression levels can help students understand where they are, what they need to improve and what comes next.

Repetition matters. But repetition alone is not enough. 🔁
Effective skill learning also requires students to CHOOSE and ADAPT. Because learning a movement is not the same as learning to move.
#PROPHYEDU
Physical literacy is not just being fit. 🏃 It is confidence, motivation, knowledge and competence to stay active throughout life. PE should build a meaningful relationship with movement, not only train performance.
#PhysicalLiteracy
A PE lesson is a sequence of decisions. 🧩
The 3×3 model connects warm-up, main exercise and cool-down with 3 key questions: What should students learn? Does the task support it? What feedback helps them progress?

A new school year begins before the first class. 📚
Planning, reflection and preparation help teachers anticipate barriers, define clear goals and create better conditions for every student to participate. ✨

How students are grouped can shape confidence, participation and cooperation. 👥
Changing group dynamics helps learners take on new roles, work with different people and move beyond familiar patterns.

Competition can motivate, challenge and inspire but it needs a clear purpose. 🏅
When it supports cooperation, decision-making and reflection, competition becomes a learning tool, not just a final score.

The PRO-PHY-EDU Chile Pilot reached dozens of schools across Biobío, engaging 500+ students through 8 sessions led by UCSC and UBB. From inclusion and adapted sports to AI, parkour and traditional games, the pilot will help shape the project’s final training framework. 🇨🇱
When students disconnect from PE, it is not always because they dislike movement. 🧩 Sometimes they feel exposed, compared, excluded or unable to succeed. Understanding this is the first step to better learning.

Some students remember school through grades. 📚 Others remember how they felt when they had to move in front of everyone. PE can shape confidence, shame, autonomy or joy in movement for years.

Assessment in Physical Education should support learning, not just measure performance. Reflection, self-assessment and meaningful feedback help students understand their progress and grow with purpose. #ProPhyEdu
Inclusive PE starts with one question: how can everyone participate? 🌍 By adapting rules, spaces, materials, roles or assessment, teachers create PE experiences where every student feels valued. 🤝 #ProPhyEdu
Active methodologies make PE more meaningful. 💡 When students think, decide, cooperate and solve real movement challenges, learning becomes stronger, more inclusive and connected to their lives. 🤝 #ProPhyEdu
