We especially included the global maritime search and rescue (SAR) industry with the help of the International Maritime Rescue Federation, reviewing the issues they will face, guidance and best practices that will aid rescue operations in the future.

🇵🇱 Torrential rain from Storm Boris has swelled rivers across central and eastern Europe. After a dam burst in Poland, the town of Stronie Slaskie was flooded, people were evacuated by helicopters. Major floods also in Austria, the Czech Republic and Romania. Hundreds of thousands of people were left without electricity in the Czech Republic due to strong winds and flooding. The situation is tragic, the water is washing away everything in its path.
