What does it cost to be an ordinary citizen travelling in your own country?
Smtimes it costs 20k. Sometimes it costs your peace of mind. N sometimes, if you’re unlucky, it can cost your life.

Extremely disappointed with after-sales service of @KiaInd. My Kia Seltos (Aurora Black Pearl) has been lying at an authorised service centre for almost 1 month for a basic but crucial repair. This is unacceptable. Thread 🧵

Requesting @KiaInd to intervene immediately and:
✔️ Complete repair urgently
OR
✔️ Return my car as-is so I can approach legal forums

@JioMart's delay, false assurances, n refusal to cancel, refund amount to nothing sort of customer harassment. We deserve better

Ordered groceries from @JioMart @JioMart_Support at 8 AM today. It’s evening now, and the order is STILL “under process”. Despite repeated calls & complaints, there's no resolution. Just empty promises.

Ironically, after losing hope, I ordered the same groceries from Blinkit, and guess what? They delivered within 27 minutes, that too in the rain! Hats off to @letsblinkit 🙌
