I rented a car from Avis The confirmation said $147 and suggested I check in online. After I did, my rental increased to $221. An agent said by checking in online it was "modifying" the rental. I have filed a report with FTC. This is bait and switch. @Avis @FTC @ABC @NBC @CBS

#Avis #BaitandSwitch I rented a car from Avis. The agreed rate was $147. Avis sent an email saying that if I register online it would speed up the time at the counter at pickup time. I complied. Then they increased my rental rate by 50%, to $221. Bait and switch!!! Beware!

#CapitolRiot @cnn @nytimes From a forensic expert’s point of view, it is possible that foreign actors took advantage of the siege to enter the Capitol. As a result, every office computer and electronic device should be examined to make sure it hasn’t been compromised or bugged.
