@Balthorium451@WarMonitorClips Also in the time that would be needed to get an observer to guide in and make sure the missile hit its target, the insurgents would likely disperse or disappear into the surrounding area, ATACMS is just much more of an conventional weapons system not meant for irregular warfare
@Balthorium451@WarMonitorClips I see what you are saying but very rarely did Taliban/insurgent force mass to a large enough degree to justify the use of more conventional weapons like ATACMS, even when they did there were likely civilians among them and the risk for collateral damage too high
@Balthorium451@WarMonitorClips Wouldn’t really make sense to use a missile that expensive on a target that would have the effect of killing maybe 1-2 fighters. The ATACMS is used when striking heavily concentrated enemy forces or built up hard points, like airfields, munitions stores, enemy air defense.
@TheArchivist776@john_woody@ballofpotat@gayest_tone I can somewhat agree with this but the fact that when given the chance, Muhammads armies would burn down and destroy previously established libraries because “if the word agree’s with it, its we already know it, and if it says otherwise its no use to us” makes me skeptical.

9 days out. For so long the finish line has felt like some mystical event happening very far into the future so it’s pretty crazy to comprehend that it is now only single digit days away.
This last year has been a mad one. A classic bit of type 2 fun with a generous sprinkle of type 3. What a time to be alive.
Hope you’ve had a good day out there troops. Donations to the fundraiser continue to sky rocket. Big up to everyone supporting🫡
@ronnieadkins Like Kingdom of Heaven, Visually great and plot is somewhat decent, but not without flaws. Historical inaccuracies are in there, but overall it’s a cool movie.
