It has become unbearable, unreliable and frankly just shit. Feel bad for the front line staff that has to take the worst of it when it’s the executives choices

Hahahahaha. In 2025 @WestJet was 5/5 for cancelled flights out of Winnipeg. First flight out of Winnipeg in 2026…well I will let you guess what happened. Sell the company to someone who will give a crap. Feel bad for the front line staff that has to deal with this as well.

In 27 days I am taking my last ever @WestJet flight. The company leadership does not care about passengers. I feel for all the staff doing their best while smiling, but my god is this company being ran into the ground. After 4 years of platinum and over $88,000 spent, I’m done.
