@LeadershipAcad1 Remote Monitoring and Maintenance (RMM), meaning you find a piece of monitoring equipment that will alert him when it needs chemicals or cleaning, or pump problems, water levels, whatever is relevant for pool maintenance, then charge monthly for done-for-you pool managemenrt.

Reminder that these domain solicitations are a SCAM. Do not fall for them - but more importantly, make sure the people who pay the bills are aware of these and also do not fall for them! I'm shocked that this company is still in business and preying on unsuspecting users.

Educating businesses about ransomware sounds more like fearmongering than real education. But you can’t make this stuff up.

Note to self: When onboarding a new customer, one should not assume that the network is not plugged into itself. One’s suspicion should immediately skyrocket if it is obvious that something is wreaking havoc on the network, even if intermittently.
