PBHK, with DLA Piper's assistance, trained Jockey Club Healthy Neighbourhood Kitchen Project staff on tenancy control for Subdivided Units. Pro bono volunteers helped explain key provisions and legal issues in disputes between members and landlords regarding tenancy agreements.
