@RobertThomas223 Nice graphic Robert. Of course the total on the left is just all cases ISSUED (which is what we have data on) - also interesting to think about the wider picture including JRs threatened by PAP letter then resolved before issue. Huge impact per case that goes to a full hearing.

And interestingly there are several references to the fact that, when Kent CC reached capacity and announced it would no longer accept newly arriving UAS children in its area, it *continued to accept other children*.
