I was modifying a huge chord sheet of songs to replace all the flats (Ab, Gb) with sharps (G#, A#) - and after a replace all - I discovered that my name "Prabhas" - also has a flat - and it was renamed to "PrG#has".

ProTip: If u accidentally delete your un-staged changes using git checkout - you can still get back those changes by going back to the file and pressing a simple "undo" - bamm!

The vscode refactoring to convert default exports to named export is not a 100% accurate, it still leaves some of the imports as default.

To fix that I use this regex
import.*from '.*/x
to find any default export being imported from x and replace it manually!
