Ahhh I see. I’m sorry that’s happening. Unfortunately I don’t think there’s anything I can do to fix that right now. The good news is this:

You can still capture live chat from your YouTube by adding your YouTube channel under the “Channels” tab in settings.

Google should finish their internal verification soon, allowing you to connect your YouTube account.

The only functionality that’s limited by this is being able to send & moderate live chat messages through ProChat.

I’ll be sure to post an announcement once this is resolved :)

Hey Bennett! I'm assuming you're referring to the "Google hasn't verified this app" warning message? (see attached screenshot)

This is just a temporary message from Google while we wait for their internal verification process to finalize.

You can easily bypass this by clicking Advanced > Go to ProChat (unsafe)

*despite the message, it is safe to do so :)

just restarted the server to *hopefully* fix the issue. kick has been causing problems for multiple users recently so it’s not just you.

i’ll should be able to properly diagnose and fix why that is happening soon :)

@SixxZeroOne wait just to be clear, are you saying that while you're live on Kick, the viewer count just stays at 0 and never updates? Or are you saying that as soon as you start streaming, ProChat says your livestream has ended?
