The Zone 4 Padang Stage where CORTIS is set to perform at the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix is HUGE, with a reported holding capacity of around 60,000 to 65,000 people! It is the largest main performance venue of the event, where notable artists such as G-DRAGON have previously performed.

Other major artists, including Lana Del Rey, DJ Snake, Zara Larsson, and more, are also set to perform on the same stage from October 9–11.

CORTIS will perform on the opening night of Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2026 on Friday, October 9, from 7:30 PM to 8:20 PM SGT. They are also the ONLY K-pop group announced to perform at this year's event.

Can't wait to see them perform! 🩷

anyways for a group that got nominated just one year into their career and were up against so many big artists we as a fandom did great there's only up from here so let's take rest and focus on year end awards for them🫶🫶

[sze @cortis_zip]

im still so proud of you, cortis my five <3

[친 @thecoers]

anyways, i think this clears up why artists might not attend the show unless they know they have a strong chance of winning. if bighit knew cortis were going to win, i bet they wouldn't want to miss the opportunity to introduce them on such a big platform. still, it's disappointing that they didn't win at least one category despite everything coers have put in until today. however, getting 3 nominations as a one-year-old group and competing alongside major artists is already something worth acknowledging. they made it this far, and i think coers should still be proud of how far cortis has come.

congratulations, cortis! and good work to all the coers who voted until today 🫂 let's get more opportunities, more nominations, and more wins for cortis in the future!

[ashi ♱ @mrtinzip]

so unbelievably proud of these five boys. getting nominated three times at the same show within their first year is something truly special. they’ve already accomplished so much in such a short time, and watching their journey unfold has been incredible.

this is only the start for them, and i know there are so many more milestones, opportunities, and unforgettable moments waiting ahead. ♡

[친 @thecoers]

i wonder if the reason cortis won’t be attending the vmas later is because, among their three nominations, best new artist may be the category where their result has not yet been determined. since voting remains open during the live broadcast, the winner won’t be known until then.

regardless of the outcome, being nominated in three categories at such a prestigious award show is already a huge achievement for cortis, especially as a group that is only one year into their career. it’s a reflection of how much they’ve accomplished in such a short time.

that said, if the boys really won’t be attending, i still feel like it’s a missed opportunity to showcase cortis on such a big platform. being present at the vmas could have given them another chance to introduce themselves to a wider audience and celebrate this milestone with their fans.

i know it’s really inevitable for some artists to lose against a k-pop group, but seeing how a 1 year and 2 months old group is already competing against a group with 13 years of experience in the industry is still amazingly surprising. a lot of people probably didn’t expect cortis to be nominated in this category, but seeing them here now, i can’t even imagine how much they’ve grown in such a short time.

now there’s nothing to waste. let’s show our strength for this last chance. may the best group win! vote for #cortis!
