success to me isn’t about placements, plaques, or awards.
success to me is doing music full time & being able to pay your bills, buying a vehicle, affording your own place, & being happy! 🙏🏽
tbh i don’t carry myself strictly as a music producer. i’m an entrepreneur, author, influencer, streamer, AND a music producer.
i’m not putting limitations on what i do.
Selling beats online is saturated, just like virtually every other career on the planet🤷🏽
But you can stand out from other producers in many ways, eg being able to explain the music business to buyers, making more & better beats, offering mixing services, being responsive, etc.
Am I the only one who feels guilty after not making samples and beats after a day or two? Like I always feel the need to be making shit even when I got other stuff going on
If you find a producer that doesn't
have a lot of followers but makes
music you like, then support them.
Don't wait for everyone else to
support them before you do.
this next season of my life will require new levels of courage, confidence & consistency from me. no matter how i feel, i will not allow fear to hold me back. i want this. i deserve this. and i’m determined to have it.
in order to reach a level of success unattainable to the average person you need an abnormal ambitions & focus. Only a small percent of people will actually understand what that level is.
