Damn!!!!
You got me, Steve!!!! 😡😂
Can't fool you or the HRT detectives.
Now everyone knows Powershift is only in the Belmont to be a rabbit for Renegade.
I was hoping nobody would remember his battle with Emerging Market in his maiden race.
I was hoping nobody would notice his speed figures.
I was hoping nobody would notice him breaking his maiden at Churchill Downs on Kentucky Derby Day.
But now the secret is out.
Every jockey in the race is going to let him walk on the lead in :24 and :49 because he's "just a rabbit" with "no chance" to win. 😂
Last time I supposedly pulled this stunt in the Belmont, I entered Nest as a rabbit for Mo Donegal.
You got me, Steve. 😂😂🤣
@PhilCleek I don't think he's going to be that far off the pace. He sat 1.5 lengths off as 46.4 in his maiden. One issue handicapping this race is if it's a real slow pace you might see most of the field grouped within a few lengths
@TheGodofSod Don't blame em. Outside of derby week Churchill always feels half assed. Plus it's usually raining this time of year there and it's one of the tracks most affected by rain. Turns most races into favorite fests with the occasional dart throw off-turf race
@fager_doctor@BestDamnBroker exactly. Disappointed she didn't send him but he wasn't going to win on that track. There wasn't the pace he had in the derby. Also I think we downgrade most horses in the Derby after this weekend as well
@ftmchronicles24 I don't think any serious handicapper expects much from hosts' picks. They always err on the side of caution and typically have the favorites near top to appear mostly correct-ish. Fading their pick 5/6 is always a good strat
