@RBLBankCares Worst ever service. every time I have to resolve small matters through social media. Even your nodal officers are waste fellows. They don’t even do small check whether credit card or connecting cards are closed. They themselves issued a NoC. Worst fellows.

@rblbank Urgently look into this. I closed my credit card account ending XX45 and received the NOC. However, a connected card—RBL Bank World Plus SuperCard ending 5263—is still incorrectly reflecting as "Written Off" on my credit report despite all dues being paid in full.

Upon receiving complaint through our internal grievance channel in June 2025, the Bank reviewed
the matter and reversed the applicable charges, thereby nullifying the dues on 3rd July 2025.
Current Status: Credit card account is already closed. No dues are pending.
