Sir, this is not about delay. Please look at the thread. Coach position in the app was in reverse order than the actual scenario on the ground. This created lots of disturbances. I assume this would be on all the stations ..

NTES App showed M1 as the third coach from the front, and it was actually the 3rd coach from the end. Sheer negligence by the people handling the information, whether who is passing it from the ground, or who is updating the online data.

No announcement, no display on platform, over crowded coaches may be because of Holi, and had to run with luggage and family from one end of the platform to the other. Most of the coaches in the way were general only. Big mess. Why can't this be updated on the app at least?
