The real energy healers are not the loudest ones on IG Live, Twitter or TikTok. They are not the ones heavily soliciting you to pay for readings and buy their ‘special candles’ and teas. They will not be in your DMs requesting you to get a reading from them. Have discernment.
Your biggest breakthroughs occurred after your toughest chapters. No matter how dark, difficult or confusing life may get, keep going...Change and growth always comes after the testing times. Trust your path and faith up.
Just because you're not where you want to be, that doesn't mean you're failing at life. The Universe is not through with you. Your best is yet to come.
Remember when you wanted what you currently have? This is your reminder that you are capable of great things. You can rise up from nothing. You can completely recreate yourself. You are gifted. You are the person for the job. Commit with your whole heart and you will succeed.
Surround yourself with souls who manifest their lives. People who change, more than they complain. Humans who create, more than they consume. Live actively, instead of accepting life as is. Find people chasing down their potential. Learn together. Grow together. Win together.
I wholeheartedly disagree.
The very act of creating is intrinsically valuable. The ability to articulate your emotions through raw musical expression is like therapy. It allows us to sort through and process our emotions. It regulates the nervous system and lowers stress.. I could go on and on.
Exposure is useful for the monetization of that skill, sure. But it doesn’t give the art, the ability to create art, or the artist themselves their value.

My order of favorites.
What I think is the best changes often. Right now its The Patience.
In 1989 I randomly sat next to a cute girl at college orientation. I mustered the courage to say hi. I’ve been married to that girl for 26 years.
In 1999 a friend invited me to try rock climbing. I said yes and discovered a life-long passion.
In 2017 while sitting in a board meeting I had an epiphany: This isn't the life I want. I quit my job and moved the fam to Boulder with no plan. The rest is history.
Here’s the crazy thing about life:
One action, one decision, one pivotal moment can change everything (for better or worse).
But here's the trick:
You don’t know beforehand which action will be the game-changer.
That’s why it’s important to have a strong bias toward action. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.
Make that phone call you’ve been putting off
Push through when you feel like quitting
Have that uncomfortable conversation
Introduce yourself to that cute guy/girl
Check out that church or faith group
Ask for that promotion or raise
Apply for that new job
Sign up for that class
Start that side hustle
Post that tweet
Take that trip
The world belongs to the bold. Be a seeker, open to change and opportunity.
And most importantly...
Shoot your shot.
